The Break-up

We understand that sometimes breaking up isn't us, it's you! So we won't take it personal if you want to return or cancel an order. If you want to return or cancel an order, (what Kandy Girl would do that), email us at [email protected] with your order number and use the subject line "It's not working". Returns must be made within 15 days after purchased. Hand Kandy isn't responsible for return shipping and handling. Taxes might apply in your state. All cancellations must be made by 4pm the same day the order was placed. All returns and cancellations are confirmed once an email is sent out.
